Q1. How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your details, and complete payment. It’s quick and secure!
Q2. What payment options are available?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets (PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping & Delivery
Q3. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India to most serviceable PIN codes.
Q4. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Standard delivery takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or special zone deliveries may take longer.
Q5. Are there any shipping charges?
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹70 may apply for orders Less than Rs.699.
Returns & Cancellations
Q6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. You may request a return after delivery (if eligible)
Q7. What’s your return policy?
Returns accepted within 2 days for damaged, wrong, or defective items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Q8. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 12-15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Q9. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once the item ships. You can also track it in your account.
Q10. My item is damaged or missing. What now?
Contact us within 8 hours of delivery with photos/proof. We’ll resolve it promptly.
